Shelly Butler Therapy
is an individual practice in Carrollton, Texas, that specializes in providing mental health and counseling services to adults, children and adolescents. About Shelly Butler
Shelly Butler is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, which is where she received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Counseling. Ms. Butler has also obtained her licensure in Texas and is a licensed professional counselor and LPC supervisor. Shelly has spent the past thirteen years working as an adolescent and family therapist, and as a play therapist. Her experience is vast and includes work in residential treatment facilities, foster care and managed care. She most recently served as the clinical director of adolescent services in a hospital setting.

She is committed to giving her young patients a comfortable place and means to talk about their life and any challenges they've encountered.
Family Counseling
Ms. Butler can help with any issues associated with being a member of a blended or adoptive family. She also works with children and their parents to help the children get through the divorce process.
